How much does Humans of Tomorrow charge for shipping?
All orders shipped to customers in India are free, regardless of the order amount. For customers from all other countries, shipping charges of approximately $33 (USD) or INR 2500 are applicable.
Who are Humans of Tomorrow’s delivery service providers?
We have partnered with Shiprocket, the best in the business.
Do remember to provide a valid contact number and complete shipping address while placing your orders. Please ensure you include the pin code, so that we can ensure a seamless delivery experience for you.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you can. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, and it will have shipping details and a tracking number. You can view the status of your order and track your shipment by logging in to your account on our website.
How many days will it take for me to receive the order?
To ensure we do not increase our carbon footprint in case of possible cancellations, we wait for 12–24 hours before we start working on an order.
As a sustainable brand, we may not have ready-made products. In such cases, we will take a minimum of two days to ready the product and another seven working days to deliver it (within India). International orders may take anything between 10–15 working days.
Actual delivery timelines could vary, usually based on the delivery location. Just in case your pin code is not accepted at Checkout, please contact us, and we will do our best to process your order.
Can I edit my shipping address?
Yes, you can. Simply drop in a line at heyhumansoftomorrow@gmail.com or call +91 9718518585 within 24 hours of placing your order. Once your products are dispatched, we will not be able to redirect them.
Does Humans of Tomorrow ship worldwide?
Yes, we do ship to most countries, but on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis. This means the product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties.
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in. To release your order from customs on arrival, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary. In case of any confusion, please write to voice@humansoftomorrow@in
What do I take care of, when it comes to Return shipments?
Please ensure you do not include any other items in the package other than what you originally received from us, as these could violate Indian shipping regulations.
Please note that our shipping partners will only accept Humans of Tomorrow articles that are returned in their original packaging.
